PIZZA
Recipe For Bread
Flour                          -           500g
Sugar                         -           2 teaspoon
Salt                             -           ¼ teaspoon
Yeast                          -           1¼ teaspoon
Vegetable oil           -           3 tablespoon
Milk                           -           2 tablespoon
Warm water            -           375ml (1  cup)
Method
1.        Add yeast and sugar to the warm water. Allow it to bubble, then add the vegetable oil.
2.        Mix the salt, milk and flour together and add to the yeast mixture. Knead very well until smooth.
3.        Put in a bowl that has been rubbed with vegetable oil. Also coat the dough all over with vegetable oil to prevent crust.
4.        Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and allow it to double its size.
RECIPE FOR THE SAUCE
Bell pepper          -             2
Fresh Tomatoes   -             2
Onion                   -            bulb
Ginger                  -             teaspoon
Garlic                   -             teaspoon (1 clove)
Soy sauce            -             2 teaspoon
Mixed spice         -             1 teaspoon
Thyme                 -             teaspoon
Oregano              -             2 teaspoon
Turmeric              -             teaspoon
Black pepper        -            teaspoon
Salt                      -             teaspoon
Sugar                   -            1 teaspoon
Chopped fresh basil-        1 teaspoon
Olive oil             -              tablespoon
Method
1.  Boil bell pepper, fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic and ginger together with a pinch of salt and a little water.
2.  Remove the skin of the tomatoes and blend.
3.  Add soy sauce, cinnamon/ mixed spices, thyme turmeric, sugar and others to the blended pepper and set aside.
Alternately
Add a tablespoon of olive oil into a hot pan over medium heat. Throw in the garlic and chopped onion and give it a stir for 4-5mins. Add the chicken broth. Cook until the liquid reduces to half. Add the crushed tomatoes and stir to combine, add pepper and salt to taste and a pinch of sugar. Add the dried oregano and basil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30mins,


Recipe for the topping
  1. Olive                                 -           1 tablespoon
  2. Mushroom                        -
  3. Sweet pepper                   -           yellow & green pepper
  4. Pepperoni loaf meat         -
  5. Pickles                             -           1
  6. Tomatoes                         -           2
  7. Onions                              -           bulb
  8. Cheese                              -
  9. Oregano                           -           2 tablespoon


preparation
1.     Place a sheet of parchment paper over a pizza peel; then lightly dust parchment paper with flour. Pat or roll and stretch dough on a pizza peel to a 13” round while creating a rim along the edge of dough.
2.     In a small bowl, stir together 1 tablespoon olive oil with 1 clove garlic and brush evenly over top and edges of pizza.
3.     Evenly spread pizza sauce over pizza. (leaving rim uncoated)
4.     Top evenly with shredded cheeses (leaving rim uncoated). Shred the cheese manually if not shredded.
5.      Top evenly with Pepperoni slices and the other toppings (pickles etc as you want it)
6.     Carefully slide pizza (on parchment paper) to per-heated pizza stone in oven and bake 12-15mins until crust is golden.
7.     Remove from oven and sprinkle top with oregano and red pepper flakes.
8.     Cut into slices and serve.
Note: the oven must be extremely hot.
